The 500,000 gallon water tower in Peoria Heights features three observation decks accessible via a glass elevator, offering panoramic views 200 feet above the Illinois River Valley. On clear days, visibility extends up to 20 miles. The park's theme is 'View the Wonder'. Additionally, the park includes a fountain, playground, pavilion, picnic tables, and a bronze monument of Abraham Lincoln by Gutzon Borglum, matching sculptures in Springfield and Washington, D.C.
